Robin brings more than 20 years of experience in team leadership, organizational management, and the development of policies and procedures from the ground up. Throughout her career, she has led diverse teams, implemented scalable systems, and built operational frameworks that support both growth and consistency.
At Law Quill, Robin oversees day-to-day operations, streamlines internal processes, and ensures that every aspect of the agency runs efficiently and effectively. She plays a key role in developing and refining workflows, standard operating procedures, and quality-control measures that allow the team to meet client goals while maintaining high standards across all deliverables.
Robin loves the outdoors and treasures spending as much time as possible with her children and grandchildren.
